  • Website data: If you use our online scheduling platform, we may collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and usage details through cookies and similar technologies.

Generally, copyright of video footage is retained by the party who ordered the deposition, and the person who is being deposed, unless specified otherwise in the service agreement. Purchasing a copy of the official video testimony grants the purchasing party's usage rights.
